By downloading, installing, or using Composed ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Composed is operated by Harry Butcher, based in the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our").
Upon purchase of Composed Pro, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on your own devices. You may not resell, sublicence, or distribute the Software or your licence key.
The free version of Composed may be used without purchase, subject to these Terms.
Your Composed Pro licence key is issued to you personally. You may not share, sell, or transfer it. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are shared or misused.
When you use AI features, your CV text, cover letter, and job description are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. The routing depends on your access method:
proxy.bemhatech.nl, a server operated by Bemhatech in Amsterdam. The proxy validates your credit allowance and forwards the request to Anthropic. Your CV text passes through the proxy in transit and is not stored there.Your application files (CV, letters, history) are stored on your own machine and are not uploaded to Bemhatech. Your use of Anthropic's services is governed by Anthropic's own Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the output of AI-generated content.
You may not use Composed to:
Composed is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, that AI-generated content will be accurate, or that using Composed will result in job offers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Composed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Composed after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
